Keep calm and stitch on…
Creating meditational squares using boro
Slow stitching can keep us sane – which is why I have created this Zoom-based class to show how you can use simple sewing techniques and some Japanese principles to create small treasures. A daily 5″ square refines your skills and lowers your stress.
We can stitch together, share the techniques and admire each others work. We can discuss boro and sashiko, big stitches and not panicking.
If you would like to book this class for your group, please just send me an email and we can arrange a suitable date and time.
